What are you even watching right now…

This is a sizzle reel of almost a year’s worth of just the very first line of my personal ‘Hey Future Jay’ videos. I offer you this to:

a) Let myself be vulnerable with you. You are giving a lot to this work, and I want you to see that I literally have as well.

b) Illustrate just how powerful of a processing tool this practice can become. Imagine the benefits of being able to reach back to yourself in moments for a level of perspective you could never otherwise have. See and hear and feel yourself in these moments.

c) Not much has brought me closer to myself, or given me more clarity and direction than really leaning into this practice. I hope you start doing the same now, and it offers you as much of yourself as it has to me.
